Niyani- The challenges my main character had to face was cultural traditions that she found were unfair to women, and those traditions were pushing her to get married and keeping her from being the scholars that she strives to be. Along with a mean aunt that loathes her and tries to make her life as miserable as possible.
Talon Alexander. My main character had some cultural challenges as well. However, my character faced this through the hatred of his religion. His religion also what caused him to be kicked out of boxing.
Andreas Adams. The struggles my character has went threw was having to overcome the fact that she can't live with her family anymore. Also the fact that she has to adapt to being a made for the mayor. That's the struggle my character has been going threw.
Just like your character Andreas, my main character has to adapt to living in a new place and going to a new school. My character's struggles were having a very mean older brother, and not knowing whether or not he should tell his parents about what his brother was doing.
Rawan- My main character had to over come learning disabilities like dyslexia. Ally (my main character) worked after school with her teacher (Mr.Daniels) to improve her reading writing. Also Ally had very little friends, so she felt alone until she met Keisha and Albert, who are amazing friends. Ally finally realizes that she is not dumb like other say.
Emery I can tell that the problems Ally has overcome could have weighed very heavily on someone. To overcome something like that is not an easy feat. However, her perseverance throughout your book was probably very inspiring.
William- My main character has had to overcome multiple challenges throughout the book. My character has had to overcome the weight of his father's business on his shoulders, his sister leaving abruptly and his teacher Ms.Baker. My character has solved/overcome these challenges by doing nothing out of the ordinary not making anything worse than it has to be by doing what he is told. In the end he has a great relationship with his teacher, his father's business is doing just swell and he convinces his sister to come home.
Like your character, my character faces most of her challenges at school. our characters are different because my character has a good relationship with her teacher.
